Leveraging AI to lead marketing efforts for a gamer-centric social startup, Dynasty 11. Establishing marketing best practices, social and community frameworks, content marketing, and live streaming events.
Developed a content pipeline and asset library for a high-complexity game developer with 200K Discord MAU. Collaborated with a cross-functional team, streamlining content creation and workflow. Hired to guide Spire’s story from start-up to IPO. Set the precedent for brand, content and community building. As a team of 3, I directed, managed, or drove fundamental brand and marketing initiatives now executed by 26 communications, brand, marketing, and content creators.
Led or influenced the establishment of multiple teams, serving many different functions, including PR & Communications, Brand & Creative, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Demand Gen. Headcount increased 3 to 25 in thirty months.

Designed content systems to allow cross-functional teams to execute on time and under budget for games such as Minecraft: Story Mode, a top 10 game (iOS & Google Play). Average project cost: $3M.
Developed UX solutions on an episode to increase retention for Game of Thrones. Received best average rating of all franchise episodes. Over a million downloads.
